This fantastically beautiful Chinese carpet has a scarlet field surrounded by a lovely green border. The field design consists of a grapevine across the top of the field from which is suspended a basket of flowers and a ring containing a multicolored parrot. The border design consists of standing urns containing sprigs of flowers and a rockery from which chrysanthemums and peonies are sprouting. There are six multicolored birds in flight. There is lots of purple, sea green, scarlet, and traces of blue. The rug is full pile. It is clean and ready to go. The buyer pays the shipping and insurance of $120.00.
