The size with the extension is around the size of a 3rd grader .The label is gone  ( hard to read) .From the design of the base I place the date of production in the 1920's or 1930's , they stopped using plaster globe around the early 1950's , the base has Art Nouveau/Victorian motive  found in early 20th production. The globe is a ball of plaster with gores clued over  so there is no middle separation . Size : 12" globe , H 42   . The condition is good, the globe was waxed to bring back the black . Overall good condition with some scratch and fading of the black. The rode extension is original , there is  lead insert the base to keep it stable I wax the globe to refresh the black and protect the surface . There is an old restoration on the brass meridian orb. ( see on top ) , the orb move freely . The base has been cleaned but the brass coating is mostly gone.
