Box has wonderful primtive hoo and eye closure and  tough hewn bent wire hinges; has compartment inside for scale and separate scetion for the six weights. A superb addition to any collection. Case measures 9" x 4" x 1 1/4" and has spilt across lid as seen in pics. A splendid historical scale. Most items are photographed in natural outdoor sunlight when possible.
