Highly decorated engraved floral design on the front and back exterior purse frame and quite heavy overall for its size.  Wonderful motif and smooth patina of the silver frame.  Original finger chain is intact and attatched to antique purse.  The interior features several separate compartments for securing coins and vanity powder. The original mirror was not intact upon my purchase of the purse.  The exterior sterling silver frame does have some minor age-denting.  I couldn't decide on which pictures to edit for the description so I just had to list them all below in order to show the amazing quality of this sterling silver coin purse minaudiere. Amazing and well-preserved condition with some minor dents to the outside silver casing of the purse.  No maker's mark but the interior of the vantiy purse's frame is marked STERLING on one side.  The small STERLING silver mark can be seen in my close-up pictures below.  This antique coin purse is simply stunning and I purchased several other similar sterling silver items from the same Boston estate which shall be listed this week.  The floral motif on the top exterior lid of the silver purse features an antique script monogram with the letter A.  There are two vintage coins still contained in the coin purse consisting of a Buffalo-headed nickel and an elaborate Lady Liberty dime dated 1939.   Measurements:  Purse:  almost 4" in length and 3" in width / Purse length with the finger chain length is 10".  When the silver purse is opened it measures 7" in length.
