This is absolutely stunning! Hand painted on what looks to be glass, a small work of art. The outer border is surrounded with  stones. Honestly I am not sure if they are simply rhinestones or another type. All the stones are present. This button measures approx. 1" diam. Please see all the photos and feel free to ask any questions.
