It is about 5" across, has some corrosion on the metal tipped ends, otherwise is in excellent condition with no damage that I could detect. A nice example to add to or start your collection! This is a piece out of a private collection I have had for years, originally acquired from a retired roofer. Most of these lightning rod and weathervane items have spent years on the roofs of houses and barns, so are not in mint condition.
