This is Handmade Blonde de Caen (Normandy) Bobbin Lace. The piece measures 2 yards 29" long.  Width is 5-1/2" .  There is a 1" hole near one of the ends... the rest of this piece is without flaw.  This is a most excellent piece of antiquity...
