The old professor had several wonderful items in this home and a Florida home which we will list over time.  Estate # 5  size: 4.1 x 7.10  This is a very old piece with a beautiful design, lots of writing, animal motifs, people motifs, large scale medallion format, all wool construction, wonderful leaf & cup border, very flexible, fine weave for a Caucasian rug and highly collectible. The condition shows lower pile with almost total brown wool oxidation with all other colors in tact. Original side cords and endings which are almost all there. This is a great candidate for restoration as the body of the entire rug is there. Shows some attempt of brown reweaves and there is a crease mark as shown. Great old Caucasian carpet with solid potential. All wool foundation. Help yourself here.
