This is over 100 years old. The dimensions are as follows :  Height - 28''  x  Length - 20 1/2'' x Width -  16 1/2''. As you can see in the pictures New Home is on both sides. When you place your foot on the pedal the wheel turns very smoothly. All the parts are present on this base. The condition is Excellent, has some very minor and I mean minor surface rust.
