'A Pair of Art Nouveau Wall Art Plaques' Charles Rennie Mackintosh 1868 - 1928 A beautiful pair of Art Nouveau wall art plaques - they have velveteen backing and fixings attached for ease of hanging. Charles Rennie Mackintosh was the main exponent of the Art Nouveau movement in Scotland. He was an architect,designer and artist whose name is synonymous with the Arts & Crafts movement. Note the famous Mackintosh rose appearing on both plaques - so very Art Nouveau! They have a good depth to them - and would be a fabulous addition to any room. Each plaque measures 10 inches x 5.5 inches approx.
