I am fully responsible to ship the described merchandise in time but, when the parcel leaves Canada, my responsibility ceases there because, USPS takes in charge the transit time delivery to your home.  The winning bidder pays the item(s), the new packaging, and minor handling fees for each other item.  I combine shipping and charge a minimum fee for each other item paid at the same time and shipped at the same address.   From now on, if you still decide to pay for each item separately without having received my invoice or contacted me, I won't be able  to combine the fees anymore or make a refund for overpaid. And remember that Canada Post only makes an investigation after 60 business days from day of shipping for LOST PARCELS. But this is extremely rare. It happened only once to me  in five years on eBay.
