Krikorian, Baghdad, 1949. I think that they are all Sterling silver.  They are all marked in Arabic.  They all have the same beautiful design of a boat, a lake, a mosque, and camels. There are engraved flowers, but the other designs are black enamel with engraving. The cigarette box measures 5” by 3.25”.  The compact measures 3.5” diameter and is marked KA.  In what looks like a powder compact, the mirror inside has a crack.  This is the only problem in the set. It measure 2” by 3” diameter.  The box with a lid measures 3.5” tall by 2” diameter.  This is a one of a kind antique set and is very strong and well-made.  For example, the compact case weighs 138.7 grams.   Find MORE great stuff at my eBay store: Mommy's Treasure Box            Place a Bid!
