The item was imported legally to the U.S. Rare, genuine African Elephant Ivory, exquisite depiction of a Bushamn hunter, hand carved in nice detail, 1950's, solid and heavy! this is legal ivory brought Legally from Kenya in the 50's. The Bushman has a bird as well as an antelope carried on his body and a bow and arrow. Measures without the wooden stand: 13" high, 3" wide at widest part. Stand is 3" high.
