Description These are five pieces of vintage white hotel linen damask napkins and place mats. Two are large napkins with the name ROMANO"S RESTAURANT and HONGKONG & SHANGHAI HOTELS woven in the centers. The size of these is approximately 24inches(61cms) square and good condition but the Hongkong one has a little pull on one selvedge edge.Then there is a small napkin which has the royal crest and J.LYONS.& CO. Ltd woven into the center. The size is 11 1/2inches(29cms) square good condition but with four machine sewn borders which I do not think it would have had more than two originally.  There are two linen damask place mats with the name Royal Victoria Hotel 11-55 which would be November 1955 machine embroidered on in red embroidery silk.
