5 Vintage Inlay Buttons Mother Of Pearl Celluloid Back Start Price USD 9.99 Current Price USD 9.99 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Wednesday, November 26, 2008 End Time Wednesday, December 03, 2008 Location Lincoln, NE See more about '5 Vintage Inlay Buttons Mother Of Pearl Celluloid Back' Description This auction is for five vintage buttons with inlays of  mother of pearl. These buttons have a  design etched in the mother of pearl, and the strip of the mother of pearl lays from one corner to the opposite corner.  The buttons measure 7/8" X 3/8".  These buttons are in very good condition.  The unusual shape make them very interesting.  The buttons have a celluloid back.  (when a drop of hot water is touched to them it smells like camphor).  One of the buttons top has shifted slightly making it a tad off center. I took the pictures on two different background in hope it would show the buttons true colors and beauty.  These are very nice vintage buttons with character!   I am selling these buttons from an estate of a 90 year old woman.  I will be listing some other buttons this week, all found in her button box.  Thanks for looking.
