The inside of the bowls have a delicate light blue flower and leaf design and the inner rim pattern found in bowls of this era. The outside of these gorgeous bowls pictures four horses of different colors that are resting and playing in a field. The balance of the bowls have two different panel designs, one in predominantly green and gold, and the other a wheat pattern in brown, red, and gold. The bottom of the bowls have a nice blue wave pattern. The lids, or tops, have the same designs inside and out as the bowls. These gorgeous rice bowl have no cracks, chips, hairlines, or restorations and are in pristine condition for 170 year old Imari porcelain.
