I don't know who the designer was. They are all in very nice condition. There is no maker mark on the bottom of the fiberglass chairs that I can see, The tulip base is covering the center of the chair. The chairs all swivel. They all have matching yellow seat covers. If you don't like them you can just throw them away. The chairs are 26" wide from arm to arm, 26" tall at the back of the chair. The seat height is 18". The tulip base is 16" in diameter at the bottom. The shipping on all four chairs will cost 85.00. If you want to pick the chairs up here in Akron, OH you can.
