Many keys have ornate tops. These keys are mainly used for many different types of furniture, doors, padlocks, gates and cabinets. The keys are all authentic  except for the huge brass key. I'm not sure exactly what it was for but is beautiful and heavy  duty. some go back to the 1800s. All were once used on many different types of locks. You just may find the key you need for your lock, or they would be beautiful framed and displayed. You may have to pay just a bit more for my keys but you will notice that there are only good quality used keys in my groups, no junk keys. Quite a variety here. All keys are clean and are in good condition, considering their age. All will have scratches. All will have some wear. Some may have minor dings but all broken, bent and badly pitted keys have been removed. Nothing but quality keys here.  I always provide a ruler and or a grid consisting of 1/4 inch squares to assist you in determining the sizes of the keys I'm selling.
