Liquid-damped card, full sized binnacle lifeboat compass in excellent condition for its age. The compass card works perfectly, no bubbles! Serial number 642 EN - as you can tell, not many of these made! No visible dents and the original black paint  to protect against verdigris on the solid brass is intact. Everything is perfect about this piece - you can use it right away on your boat (or 300 ft ship!). Immensely collectible, a great investment!
