Current Lot A Russian silver-gilt gem-set and cloisonné enamel two-handled tray Orest Kurliukov, Moscow, circa 1900 shaped oval on four bun supports, with vacant heart-shaped central cartouche, the borders set with four cabochon semi-precious stones, flanked by pairs of swans and doves, and surrounded by forget-me-nots, pansies, lilies, and flower heads, the border also set with cabochon stones, the pierced handles with rose heads 27cm wide, 15cm deep Provenance: Christie's New York, The Greenfield Collection of Russian Enamels, 20th October 1998, lot 174 Sotheby's New York, Russian Works of Art, 29th March 1980, lot 428 Literature: Gerald Hill, Faberge and the Russian Master Goldsmiths, New York, 1989, No.223
