The glass is American Brilliant Cut Glass and does fluoresce a lime green under black light. Both are in excellent condition. There is one small chip on the side of one bottle and both bottles have a some cloudiness. We were unable to remove the tops. The smaller bottle is missing the top pump. No enamel chips or wear. The tall bottle is marked Sterling Silver. The tall bottle/atomizer is 11 1/2 inches high and the smaller bottle is 5 inches high.
