A lot of these pillow tops were Advertising trade stimulators and premiums from many products like Tobacco,Sheet music,Jewelry shops,old sleepy eye flour, etc. It features a Beautifull Art Nouveau Debutante dressed young woman in her frothy ribbon and bow trimmed blue ballgown and the words Forget Me Not. A blond haired Blue eyed beauty.Scattered around her are autographed embroidered dance cards and a heart with this message. "My heart then something sayeth, oh can you tell me what; All timidly and softly it says "Forget Me Not". The pillow is autograph signed on cards by twelve friends from Chicago ILL.
