A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as seen in the pics. It has original hand applied color probably by stenciling. The maps show incredible details from towns, churches, schools, houses with owner listed and other details. Overall, a Beautiful Map with Superb Color! Size: The map image measures approximately 12 by 15 1/2 inches on a 14 by 17 1/2" page with a margin all around for matting. Condition: It is Very Good to Excellent condition with overall very light tonal aging, otherwise it is very clean with no defects to mention as seen in the pic. Pics are of the actual map and pretty much show all.
