A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet with a centerfold as seen in the pics. There is a map of St. Louis and agriculture related maps on the reverse.  Overall, a Beautiful Map! Size: The map image measures approximately 15 1/2 by 25 1/2 inches on a 17 1/2 by 28" page with a margin all around for matting. Condition: Both sides are in Very Good to Excellent condition with overall very light tonal aging. There is one small nick out of the top corner, otherwise it is very clean with no defects to mention as seen in the pic. Pics are of the actual map and pretty much show all. We do try to match the actual color and quality. Payment Details: We accept credit cards through Paypal and are glad to answer any question concerning payment.
