The spine is wearing so the covers are loosening, otherwise the cover shows only light general wear. Inside, aside from a missing blank end page, the contents are complete and in very good condition. Expect only light soiling except for the the last two maps of the state of Ohio and the entire US that both show large tears and need some restoration. There is also some tearing on the lower left of the Wellington city map. Otherwise all the maps are great. A bonus for this book is that all the pages (except for the contents and state facts pages) are printed on only one side, so you could remove them all for framing without sacrificing anything on the reverse sides. There are 77 pages, so actually there are 38 pages with maps or print on them as half the pages are blank backs. There is a map of every township in the county, and all appear to be to scale, so you could actually make a giant map of the county. There are also some great city maps of Elyria, Amherst, Oberlin, Charleston and Wellington. The book measures about 15" x 12.5" so it is a larger sized book.
