A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as seen in the first pic. It is a double sided sheet with a county map on each side, so you will have to choose which side to frame. Overall, a Beautiful Map with Superb Color! Size: The map image measures approximately 10 1/2 by 15 inches on a 13 1/2 by 17 1/2" page. Condition: The map is in Good condition with overall light tonal aging. There is some darkening around the edges and some minor damp stains in the margin. It is much better than the pics. The Iosco side is a little better than the Ogemaw side.  In general, the map image areas are fairly clean and will frame up nicely with an rich antique look as desired. Pics are of the actual map.
