It measures 14 1/2"x17 1/2" and is hardcover. All pages are present. In addition to all the plat maps there are three large color foldout maps of Wisconsin, Janesville and Beloit. There are also many wonderful black and white engravings of the Rock County area. The covers have some wear and are in very good condition. There is some staining to outside edge of pages which only barely affects margin of pages. One page has a closed tear at bottom corner otherwise all pages are clean and in very good condition. The foldout map of Wisconsin has some loss to right hand margin and is in otherwise very good condition. The map of Janesville has some creasing in addition to normal folds. The map of Beloit is in almost fine condition.
