Thick white blind stamped leather cover with metal clasps. Clasps are tarnished but intact and still close nicely.  Banded spine. One band has brown leather with title in gilt. Band on top has brown leather too but half of lettering is missing. Blue page edges.   Title page reads: R. P. / CORNEL II CORNELII / A LAPIDE / E SOCIETATE JESU / S. SCIPTURAE OLIM LOVANII. XX  / Cum gratia & Privilegio   Binding is still solid. 5” crack in front hinge near bottom. Leather cover is very dirty with scuff marks and small scattered chips. Pages have a slight wave to them. Pages have varying degrees of yellowing and foxing from very slight to medium.  Some minor discolorations. Catholic Cathedral Library book plate on inside board.
