Each recumbent dog has front legs extended and necks and heads in upright position, they appear to be staring at something in the distance, the delicate tail curves around over the right leg. The dogs were originally set on plinths outdoors at an entrance or in a garden. 11 1/2" high, 26" long, 6" wide, wonderful patina, there are two mounting holes in legs of each dog, both dogs have old repairs to front leg and tail, with one having a pinned rear leg and the other an old repair.
