Printed in Lviv, Ukraine.It is printed on a paper with watermarks (see photo's). Large folio. c. 250 ff.,with old Slavonic editing by two different hands. Text in black and red.Title, chapter number and chapter headings in red.Size c. H 36 cm / W 23 cm. The Book is c. 8 cm thick.Item has traces of wear and tear, befitting its age.In good condition. The statement in the literature and art barokk stylistics and mentalities could not influence an essence Liturgy editions as their text should remain constant. But the new aesthetics was designated on registration of these books, and sometimes and on their names. So, the Apostle published by the Lvov brotherhood in 1666, has marvellous, as on the modern reader, heading "Tablica nevidimaya serdca chlavechago .... ".The header text surrounded by a framework in the form of the traditional image of the heart, on each side two more smaller silhouettes of heart with suitably picked up bible citations to which "intimate" allegories answer. Also in the top part the citation from the Book of parables: "Napishu zhe ja n askrizhalyah serdca tvoego", above it it is represented, as the God hands over tables Moses. In a framework around of the central name of the image of Apostles: Peter, Paul, Jacob and John, and in the bottom corners figures of language and an eye with tear accordingly for mentions about language and about tear in heading. Such subject, almost realistic image is connected with assignments to things and the phenomena of symbolical value in a context of representations about sense of the world and a life. And if, allegorically complicated heading in Liturgy editions extended a little, similar symbolical images with corresponding citations of steel in them frequent enough...
